About Jodie

I’m a multidisciplinary web developer, designer, and digital marketing professional with a strong IT foundation and nearly two decades of experience in higher education. I specialize in building intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences by blending technical expertise with creative strategy across web development, UX/UI design, branding, and content.

Currently, I work as a Frontend Developer for the Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences at Penn State, where I design and build user-facing web experiences, create digital and print assets, and contribute science storytelling for institutional news and social media. My background spans IT support, web management, design, photography, and communications, giving me a holistic understanding of both technical systems and audience-driven messaging.
